What are the parts of an SLR camera?
SLR Lens
A SLR lens houses the glass elements, which capture and direct light through an iris or aperture into the mirror box.
Aperture or Iris
Contained within the lens, an aperture determines how much light is allowed into the mirror box.
Reflex Mirror
The reflex mirror transmits the light directed from the lens into the pentrapism. The mirror box houses the reflex mirror.
