Dove self esteem fund shoot

Last October I shot all the imagery for the relaunch of the Dove Self Esteem Fund. The fund is set up by Unilver to help mums and teachers recognise situations where young girls can become self-consicous about their appearance, and how to then bring them up to be confident about how they look.

One of the requirements from Dove was that none of the cast could have modelled before - they had to be real people. Fiona Watson at Streetcast did a fantastic job of finding us all the mothers and daughters and teachers and pupils that we needed - an epic task with 36 models to cast in just a few weeks.

We also had to find a great school and a family home to shoot in, and Dani Bouchard at Lisa Pritchard Agency ran the production for the shoot and found us two great locations.

To pull off a shoot this big on the day requires a great team and a huge thanks goes out to Katie Higson, Tim Bowditch and Marc Pritchard for assisting and lighting, Kajsa Soderlund for styling, Emma Slater and Amy Saunders for hair and makeup, and production assistants Alexa Montgomery and Lauren Jarmey for keeping everything on track.

At last I can show some of the pictures so here you go:
